All prices for the PC Quilter and accessories are in
US dollars and are billed and shipped by Quilting Technologies of
Port Townsend, WA. Orders are generally shipped within 5-7 business
days of approval (this means after your computer skills are verified
by tech support) and payment clears. Delivery in the continental
U.S. is typically one week from the ship date. You will have to pay
sales tax if you are in the state of Washington. Quilting
Technologies is not responsible for any delays due to customs, etc
on orders shipped outside of the continental US.
Prices do not include shipping unless otherwise
stated. Shipping charge within the 48 states is $50 per item
ordered. If the purchaser desires expedited shipping, the purchaser
is responsible for the full expedited shipping charge. Shipping to
Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and international shipping
(including Canada) is additional. Shipping charges and/or fees will
be discussed with the purchaser before the product is shipped.
Applicable taxes, duties, and brokerage fees are the responsibility
of the purchaser. Quilting Technologies products are manufactured in
the US and qualify under NAFTA.
Please note:
- There is a 14 day return policy.
The 14 days starts from the date you receive the product(s). The
product(s) must be signed for. Returns, claims, and allowances are not
allowed without proper authorization. The return authorization number
must be in large legible numbers on the outside of the box or the
return will not be accepted. You will be assessed a 20% restocking fee
for all authorized returns. The equipment must be returned in like new
condition. You are responsible for return shipping fees. You will be
advised of the amount of the return fee upon receipt of the Return
Material Authorization (RMA) number. Contact sales at the information
below to initiate the return authorization process. If the order is
cancelled after the credit card is processed but before the order has
been shipped, the purchaser will be assessed the credit card
processing fees.
Six months limited warranty on PC Quilters if used for
non-commercial (home) use. Ninety (90) day warranty on upgrades. Tech
support and warranty for upgrades or parts is only for the part,
software, or password purchased.
If the customer is shipped parts for a warranty repair,
the customer is responsible for shipping costs and must return the
defective part within 30 days of receipt of new part. Parts not
returned within a reasonable time will be charged to the customer's
credit card. If no credit card is on file, the PC Quilter will be put
on "Parts Hold" meaning that the parts must be returned or paid for
before the product is eligible for tech support or warranty. "Parts
Hold" status,
if not resolved, continues with the product if
sold to another
party.
