PLACE YOUR ORDER
Once your order is received, technical support will send you an
email confirming your order and an exercise to complete to
confirm that you have the necessary PC skills to operate the

set up to confirm that you have no problems reading manuals and
are willing to do so! Your order will not be processed and your
credit card will not be charged until this process is completed.

you fax/email your order in on the weekend, after hours, or a
holiday, you will not receive confirmation until the next
scheduled work day. If you pay by mail and send a check, the
order will not be shipped until the check clears.
All orders to the lower 48 states are shipped via UPS or FedEx
and must be signed for. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped
US Postal Service (priority mail). Purchasers will be advised of
the shipping costs before the order is processed. Sales tax is
required for all State of Washington orders only.
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the equipment.
If you do not see a shipping amount mentioned in the upper part
of the order form, contact sales for current shipping costs
within the 48 states.
Orders to Canada are shipped US Postal Service with a NAFTA
certificate of origin (no duty). Canada will normally collect
provincial and federal sales tax (PST/GST or HST) and a small
brokerage fee - they seem to want cash. Please note that your
PC Quilter will arrive at the
border within 4 - 10 days. However, it may sit in customs for an
indeterminate period before they actually process it (usually a
couple of weeks). Quilting Technologies has no control over this
process. If you would like us to quote on an alternate shipping
method, we will be glad to do so. The customer is responsible
for all fees.
